I brevet berättar du lite om dig själv och ev familj, vad du gör till vardags (jobba/studier), dina intressen utöver hästen. Naturligtvis vill vi veta hur ditt hästliv ser ut idag och har du långsiktiga mål berätta gärna om dem.
Innan vi tecknar hyresavtal måste du vara beredd på att vi gör en kreditutvärdering av dig samt att vi vill ha referenser både från tidigare hyresvärd, är detta din första bostad lämnar du referenser från några som känner dig väl samt de stall du haft din häst i. Den som hyr bostad och stallplats på Lydinge måste deponera tre månadshyror eller ha någon som går i ”borgen så som för egen skuld”. Väljer du att ha borgensmann måste du ändå deponera 3000:- som säkerhet för att bostaden/boxen är ordentligt städad mm vid avflytt från Lydinge.
Du kanske tycker vi ställer höga krav men kom ihåg att här lever vi tätt inpå varandra och delar dessutom hobby så det gäller att undvika alla onödiga konflikter.
